We report RNA sequencing data that shows the differential effects of HLA-DRb1*0301 (LE), HLA-DRb1*0401 (SE) and HLA-DRb1*0402 (PE) on macrophage gene expression under IFNγ cell culture conditions. Overall design: mRNA profiles obtained from THP-1 cells cultured in presence of synthetic peptides coding the 65-79 region of HLA-DRb1*0301 (LE), HLA-DRb1*0401 (SE) or HLA-DRb*0402 (PE) and IFNγ.
