Glycine max Transcriptome or Gene expression

Soybean plants were growing in two different phosphorus conditons after inoculated with rhizobia. Nodules were harvested at 28 days for RNA-seq.大豆植株经根瘤菌接种后，于两种不同磷素条件下栽培。于接种后28天采收根瘤，用于转录组测序（RNA-seq）。
