RNA extracted from middle temporal gyrus (MG) brain region of healthy elderly controls. Three pairs of samples were generated, each pair consisting of one sample that was enriched for circular RNAs using RNase R, and a second sample that was not enriched (total N=6). Remaining samples in the study from other functionally distinct brain regions are currently under process and will be released soon.EGA dataset EGAD00001004211
本数据集所用RNA提取自健康老年对照者的颞中回（middle temporal gyrus, MG）脑区。研究共制备3组样本配对，每组包含1份经核糖核酸酶R（RNase R）富集环状RNA（circular RNAs）的样本，以及1份未富集的对照样本，总样本量N=6。本研究中来自其他功能各异脑区的剩余样本目前正在处理中，即将发布。EGA数据集EGAD00001004211
