按照国家知识产权局通知及《国家知识产权示范企业培育工作方案》中明确的工作程序和申报材料等要求，企业提出申报，省局择优推荐，国家局组织评审及确定名单。公示期满无异议的，由国家局确定为“国家知识产权示范企业”，开展示范企业培育工作。有效期3年。获评示范企业3年期满后，由省局组织企业进行复核。该信息包括获得国家知识产权示范企业称号年度、企业名称、统一社会信用代码。

In accordance with the notice of the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the work procedures and declaration materials specified in the "Work Plan for Cultivating National Intellectual Property Model Enterprises", enterprises submit applications, provincial-level intellectual property bureaus select and recommend qualified candidates, and the National Intellectual Property Administration organizes the review and finalizes the list. Enterprises that have no objections upon the expiration of the public notice period will be recognized as "National Intellectual Property Model Enterprises" by the National Intellectual Property Administration and will carry out the model enterprise cultivation work. The validity period of the title is 3 years. Three years after the expiration of the validity period for the awarded enterprises, the provincial-level bureaus will organize the enterprises to undergo re-examination. This dataset includes the year when the enterprise obtained the title of National Intellectual Property Model Enterprise, the enterprise name, and the unified social credit code.
