MIG-seq data set of Gastrodia in Japan

Multiplexed inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) genotyping by sequencing (MIG-seq) was performed for population genetics of Gastrodia in Japan.多重简单序列重复间区（Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats，ISSR）测序分型（Multiplexed Inter-simple Sequence Repeats Genotyping by Sequencing，MIG-seq）技术已被应用于日本天麻属（Gastrodia）植物的群体遗传学研究。
