研究目的：鉴定不同时间点下小鼠肺组织中透明带结合蛋白2（zona pellucida binding protein 2）敲除所影响的生物学通路。实验方法：采用下一代测序技术Illumina HiSeq4000 PE100，获取野生型C57BL6/J小鼠与Zpbp2纯合敲除小鼠的肺组织RNA表达谱。实验设计：采集成年野生型及Zpbp2基因敲除纯合子（Zpbp2-/-）小鼠在授时因子时间10（ZT10）时刻的肺组织RNA表达谱。
