We present a high-quality, chromosome-scale genome of a male Lycosidae spider Pardosa agrariaTanaka, characterized by a genome assembly of 2.26GB distributed across 15 chromosomes. 1985,The scafford N50 value is 158.322 MB,and the genome completeness (as estimated by BUSCO) reaches 90.0%.本研究报道了一头雄性狼蛛科（Lycosidae）豹蛛属*Pardosa agraria* Tanaka, 1985的高质量染色体级基因组。该基因组组装总规模为2.26 GB，锚定至15条染色体；其支架N50（scaffold N50）值达158.322 MB，经通用单拷贝同源基因集完整性评估工具（Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs, BUSCO）评估的基因组完整度达到90.0%。
