本研究针对ZT14时点下NPAS2突变型与野生型小鼠的主动脉组织开展RNA转录本丰度对比检测。关键词：遗传突变体RNA丰度差异；实验采用单因素方差分析（One-way ANOVA）设计，以品系（NPAS2突变型/野生型（WT））作为自变量，每组设置5个生物学重复。
