Sociodemographic, clinicoepidemiological and laboratory tests data of a randomized sample of hypertensive patients assigned to a family health unit located in Campinas-SP, Brazil

Collection of secondary socioeconomic and clinical data from a randomized sample representing the hypertensive patients of a family health unit located in a low-income neighbourhood of Campinas-SP. The data was collected from a Electronic Health Record system between the months of August and October, 2025, with the purpose of conducting a Master of Sciences Dissertation in Improvement of Healthcare Processes. It was later used to write three original papers to be submitted to scientific journals.

本数据集为巴西圣保罗州坎皮纳斯市某低收入社区家庭健康单元的高血压患者随机抽样样本所对应的二级社会经济与临床数据。该数据集于2025年8月至10月期间从电子健康档案系统（Electronic Health Record, EHR）中提取，采集初衷为撰写一篇关于医疗流程优化的理学硕士学位论文，后续又被用于撰写三篇拟提交至学术期刊的原创研究论文。
