Cis and trans MR results between enzymes and proteins. Supplementary Table of: Mendelian randomization linking metabolites with enzymes reveals pathway regulation and therapeutic avenues

All cis+trans regional Mendelian randomization results per method (MR method), associated region, exposure (exposure accession, Protein name) and outcome (outcome accession, Metabolite name)combination, with their respective MR estimate (alpha, se, p(alpha)), and meta-data on the origin of the exposure and outcome (protein dataset, UniProt ID, Metabolite dataset, metabolite HMDB ID, Ensembl ID), and finally if the combination is considered causal based on our ground truth dataset (causality).This dataset accompanies the paper titled: Mendelian randomization linking metabolites with enzymes reveals pathway regulation and therapeutic avenues本数据集涵盖按每种孟德尔随机化（Mendelian randomization, MR）方法、关联区域、暴露因素（暴露因子登录号、蛋白质名称）与结局（结局登录号、代谢物名称）的组合所得到的顺式与反式区域MR分析结果，同时包含各组合对应的MR估计值（alpha值、标准误、alpha的p值），以及暴露因素与结局的来源元数据（包括蛋白质数据集、UniProt ID、代谢物数据集、代谢物HMDB ID、Ensembl ID）；此外还标注了该暴露-结局组合是否基于本研究的基准真值数据集被判定为存在因果关联。本数据集配套发表的论文标题为：《关联代谢物与酶的孟德尔随机化研究揭示通路调控与治疗途径》
