Acanthogobius ommaturus is a euryhaline fish widely distributed in coastal, bay and estuarine areas, showing a strong tolerance to salinity. In order to understand the mechanism of adaptation to salinity stress, RNA-seq was used to compare the transcriptome responses of A. ommaturus to the changes of salinity. Four salinity gradients, 0 psu, 15 psu (control), 30 psu and 45 psu were set to conduct the experiment.
矛尾虾虎鱼(Acanthogobius ommaturus)为广盐性鱼类,广泛分布于沿海、海湾及河口区域,对盐度具有极强耐受能力。为阐明其适应盐度胁迫的分子机制,本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对比分析矛尾虾虎鱼在盐度变化下的转录组应答特征。实验设置了0 psu、15 psu(对照组)、30 psu及45 psu共4个盐度梯度。
