Unemployment in Hungary 2014-2023, by age

Over the considered years, unemployment in Hungary decreased overall in all groups of age with some oscillation. Unemployment figures increased in 2020 as a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, bringing the number of unemployed people between the ages of 25 to 54 years old to 135 thousand. In 2023, there were 203 thousand unemployed individuals in the country, the highest figure recorded since 2016.

在所考察的年份中，匈牙利整体失业率在各个年龄段均呈下降趋势，但亦有所波动。受新冠疫情（COVID-19）影响，2020年失业人数显著上升，25至54岁年龄段的失业人数增至13.5万人。至2023年，全国失业人数达到20.3万人，创自2016年以来的最高记录。
