Draft genome of Phragmites australis, USland lineage scaffolded to chromosome level and its annotation

The draft genome of Phragmites australis representing the USland lineage (individual Y7) was first constructed with paired end short reads using Masurca software, and then scaffolded to chromosome level, by mapping against our chromosome level reference genome assembly using Ragtag. This file is the genome fasta file. The proportion of gaps were filled with Ns. The genome annotation was performed by lifting off from the genomic feature of the reference genome .

代表USland谱系的个体Y7的芦苇（Phragmites australis）草图基因组，首先采用双端短读段测序数据（paired end short reads）结合Masurca软件完成初始组装，随后通过Ragtag软件比对至本研究构建的染色体水平参考基因组组装结果，将支架序列锚定至染色体水平。本文件为基因组FASTA格式文件。组装序列中的缺口比例已由核苷酸占位符Ns填充。基因组注释通过坐标提升（liftover）方法，基于参考基因组的基因组特征完成。
