Alteration of the microRNA network during the progression of Alzheimer’s disease

We report the high-throughput profiling of microRNAs (miRNAs) from the prefrontal cortex of controls, early and late-stages Alzheimer''s disease subjects. We show miRNA expression changes between the two groups and down-regulation of miR-132-3p in the late-stages group. 本研究报道了针对对照组、阿尔茨海默病早期及晚期受试者前额叶皮层内微小核糖核酸（microRNAs）的高通量谱分析结果。研究证实两组间存在miRNA表达差异，且晚期阿尔茨海默病组中miR-132-3p呈现下调现象。研究设计：对6例对照组/早期阿尔茨海默病患者与6例晚期阿尔茨海默病患者的miRNAs进行深度测序。
