N -acetyltransferase 10 Regulates Alphavirus Replication via the N4-acetylcytidine (ac4C) modification of lymphocyte antigen six family member E (LY6E)

To investigate whether NAT10 manipulates SINV replication by regulating downstream mRNAs, we established a Huh7 cell line in which NAT10 was knocked down by shRNA. We performed gene expression profiling using data obtained from RNA-seq of normal cells infected with SINV as well as NAT10 knockdown cells.

为探究NAT10是否通过调控下游信使RNA（mRNA）来调控辛德毕斯病毒（SINV）的复制过程，我们构建了一株经短发夹RNA（shRNA）介导NAT10基因敲低的Huh7细胞系。我们利用感染SINV的正常细胞以及NAT10敲低细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展了基因表达谱分析。
