X-Ray Diffraction data from Membrane transport protein AcrB, V612F mutant with bound minocycline, source of 9FHC structure

Crystals were grown of the membrane transport protein AcrB, V612F mutant, with bound minocycline. X-ray diffraction data of this upload: 400 frames of 0.5° width were collected on 2007-04-30 at the X06SA beamline of Swiss Light Source at Paul-Scherrer-Institute (Switzerland). The data can be processed with XDS; XDS.INP is provided as part of the upload. The data are the basis of the PDB 9FHC structure.已培养得到结合米诺环素（minocycline）的膜转运蛋白AcrB的V612F突变体晶体。本次上传的X射线衍射数据采集于2007年4月30日，采集地点为瑞士保罗谢尔研究所（Paul-Scherrer-Institute，瑞士）的瑞士光源（Swiss Light Source）X06SA光束线，共采集400帧、每帧角宽度为0.5°的衍射数据。该数据可通过XDS软件进行处理，本次上传内容附带XDS.INP文件。该数据是蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank，PDB）9FHC结构的解析基础。
