POS rendered obsolete (Article L 174-3 of the Urban Planning Code). Return to the RNU since 27/03/2017. The surface requirements of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The requirements of a POS are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code and are in the form of information that appears on the graphical documents of the POS. A requirement superimposed on an area of the urban planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the settlement of the area. In this dataset are the surface requirements of TYPE 01 (classified wooded areas) and 05 (reserved locations) if they appear on the POS graphical documents.土地占用规划（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，POS）已依据《城市规划法典》（Urban Planning Code）第L 174-3条被列为失效规范，自2017年3月27日起回归国家城市规划规则（Règles Nationales d'Urbanisme，RNU）体系。 本数据集内的POS地表管控要求，已按照国家地理与森林信息委员会（Commission nationale de l'information géographique et forestière，CNIG）的国家级规范完成数字化处理。 POS的管控要求在《城市规划法典》第R 123-11条中予以明确界定，其以信息条目形式呈现于POS的图形文档中。 叠加于城市规划文档特定区域的管控要求，通常会对该区域的土地开发与建设活动施加额外约束条件。 本数据集收录在POS图形文档中出现的01类（划定林区）与05类（预留地块）地表管控要求。
