ngs2016_10_dormancy数据集:本研究针对干燥及吸胀种子中的mpk8与tcp14突变体开展RNA测序(RNA-Seq)分析,旨在对比野生型(Wild Type,WT)种子、mpk8及tcp14突变体在干燥种子,以及25℃黑暗条件下吸胀24小时这一精准时间点的基因表达差异。样本涵盖两类:一是收获的干燥种子(WT、mpk8、tcp14),二是在25℃黑暗环境中吸胀24小时的种子(WT、mpk8、tcp14)。本数据集共包含18个样本,每组设置3次生物学重复,所有突变体均为基因敲除(gene knockout)株系。
