This study investigates the effects of different laser welding heat inputs on weld geometry, hardness of fusion, and secondary dendrite spacing of GH3539 alloy based on laser welding technology. EBSD technology was used to test the grain growth in the weld fusion under two different welding heat inputs.And then the relationship between these factors was discussed.

本研究基于激光焊接技术,探究了不同激光焊接热输入对GH3539合金焊缝形貌、熔合区硬度以及二次枝晶间距的影响。采用电子背散射衍射(Electron Backscattered Diffraction, EBSD)技术对两种不同焊接热输入下焊缝熔合区的晶粒长大行为进行了测试表征,并探讨了上述各因素之间的内在关联。
