We use RNA-seq and ChIP-seq to explore the underlying mechanism of 028-induced autophagy in female germline stem cells in vitro C28-treated and control FGSCs mRNA profiles of 3h were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate,and C28-treated and control FGSCs H3K27ac profiles of 3h were generated by deep sequencing.

本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)与染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)技术,探究028诱导体外雌性生殖系干细胞(FGSCs, Female Germline Stem Cells)自噬的潜在机制。针对经C28处理3小时的实验组与对照组FGSCs,我们通过深度测序生成了三份生物学重复的mRNA表达谱数据;同时,该处理组与对照组FGSCs的H3K27ac修饰谱亦通过深度测序获得。
