MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS IN MATHEMATICS EDUCATION: INTEGRATION OF DIDACTIC AND MANAGERIAL APPROACHES

The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of integrating management mechanisms in mathematics education based on didactic and managerial approaches. The study focuses on enhancing the efficiency of the learning process in mathematics lessons by harmonizing didactic strategies, pedagogical monitoring, lesson planning and assessment tools with managerial principles. Based on experimental and empirical data, the role of management mechanisms in developing students' competencies, strengthening their motivation, and improving lesson quality is demonstrated. The article also highlights the scientific and practical aspects of creating an innovative management model in the educational process through the integration of didactic and managerial approaches.The research results confirm a significant improvement in students' mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning competencies.本文基于教学论（didactic）与管理学方法，剖析了数学教育领域管理机制整合的理论与实践层面。本研究聚焦于通过协调教学论策略、教学监控、课程规划与评估工具及管理原则，提升数学课堂教学过程的运行效能。本研究依托实验与实证数据，论证了管理机制在培育学生综合能力、强化学习动机以及优化课堂教学质量方面的关键作用。本文同时阐明了通过整合教学论与管理学方法，构建教育过程创新型管理模式的科学与实践内涵。研究结果证实，学生的数学思维、问题解决能力与自主学习能力均获得显著提升。
