Analysis of Descriptive Metadata of Public Data in the Open Data Commons for Traumatic Brain Injury (ODC-TBI) as of June 2025

Analysis of public datasets published as of June 2025 on the Open Data Commons for Traumatic Brain Injury for presence of high level metadata and the use of Common Data Elements (CDEs) for preclinical traumatic brain data. We also examined citation practices for ODC-TBI datasets in the literature. These datasets are described in a publication submitted to a special issue of the Journal of Neurotrauma, describing the ODC-TBI data sharing platform.本研究针对截至2025年6月发布于创伤性脑损伤开放数据共享平台（Open Data Commons for Traumatic Brain Injury，ODC-TBI）的公开数据集展开分析，核查其是否包含高层次元数据，以及是否在临床前创伤性脑数据中应用了通用数据元素（Common Data Elements，CDEs）；同时调研了现有文献中针对ODC-TBI数据集的引用规范情况。 本研究涉及的数据集详情已发表于一篇投稿至《神经创伤杂志》（Journal of Neurotrauma）特刊的学术论文，该论文详细介绍了ODC-TBI数据共享平台。
