Resveratrol prevents corneal allograft rejection in the rat cornea

Rat corneal allograft rejection models were established to investigate the effects and mechanisms of resveratrol on corneal allograft rejection after corneal transplantation. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the rat corneas of the control group and the resveratrol group after corneal transplantation,including a total of 6 samples, each with 3 duplicate samples.

为探究白藜芦醇（resveratrol）对角膜移植术后角膜同种异体移植排斥反应（corneal allograft rejection）的作用及机制，本研究构建了大鼠角膜同种异体移植排斥反应模型。针对角膜移植术后对照组与白藜芦醇组大鼠的角膜组织RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，本研究开展了比较基因表达谱分析，本次分析共包含6个样本，每个样本设置3份重复样本。
