The present study performed resequencing and genome-wide variation analysis of four important representative restorer lines by using next-generation sequencing technology. With the 9311 genomic sequence as the reference, several single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertion/deletion polymorphisms (InDels) and structural variations (SVs) were identified. Genome-wide variation identification and pattern analysis among the restorer lines will facilitate future genetic studies and the molecular improvement of hybrid rice.

本研究采用下一代测序(next-generation sequencing)技术,对4个重要的代表性恢复系开展了全基因组重测序与全基因组变异分析。以9311基因组序列作为参考基因组,共鉴定得到若干单核苷酸多态性(single-nucleotide polymorphisms, SNPs)、插入/缺失多态性(insertion/deletion polymorphisms, InDels)以及结构变异(structural variations, SVs)。针对该批恢复系的全基因组变异鉴定及变异模式分析,将助力后续杂交水稻的遗传学研究与分子改良工作。
