资源简介:
In order to investigate the cause and composition of the odor in the filter of adsorption-reaction air purification system of ship cabin, the characteristics of the purification module with significant odors were first obtained through sensory grade evaluation. The volatile components of the strong odor adsorption module were analyzed by thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, and 53 volatile components were identified. According to their structural properties, they were divided into 11 categories, among which the aromatics content was the highest, and it accounted for 48.26% of the total volatile components, followed by alkenes (16.24%), alcohols (10.64%), alkanes (7.24%), esters (7.21%), ketones (6.12%), ethers (1.48%), acids (1.36%), aldehydes (0.59%), halogenated hydrocarbons (0.51%) and heterocycles (0.37%). According to odor activity value (OAV), 12 kinds of odor active substances were obtained, among which ethyl butyrate, ethyl isobutyrate, allyl methyl disulfide, allyl methyl sulfide, hexanal and isooctanol had important contribution to the overall odor. By analyzing and identifying the odor composition and key active substances of air filtration system, it is expected to provide scientific reference for the traceability and prevention technology of the odor pollution in the ambient air of ship cabin.
