RNA seq study to understand molecular mechanisms of scab resistance in pecan. The transcriptomic response of the pecan cultivar 'Desirable' was studied at three time points (24, 48, and 96 hours post-inoculation) after inoculating with two different scab isolates: a pathogenic (De-Tif11) and a non-pathogenic (Pa-OK-11).为解析碧根果抗疮痂病的分子机制，本研究开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）相关研究。本研究以碧根果栽培品种‘Desirable’为材料，分别使用两种不同的疮痂病病原菌分离株——致病性分离株De-Tif11与非致病性分离株Pa-OK-11进行接种，并在接种后24、48、96小时三个时间点分析其转录组响应。
