To mitigate soil degradation and decrease dependency on chemical inputs in agriculture, this study examined the joint effects of coconut shell biochar and Bacillus strain Ya-1 on soil fertility, rhizosphere bacterial communities, and the growth of chili (Capsicum annuum L.). A controlled pot experiment with four treatments was conducted: control (CK), biochar only (C), Bacillus strain Ya-1 only (B), and a combination of both (BC).
为缓解土壤退化、降低农业生产对化学投入品的依赖,本研究探究了椰壳生物炭与芽孢杆菌菌株Ya-1对土壤肥力、根际细菌群落及辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)生长的协同效应。本研究设置了四个处理组开展受控盆栽试验:对照组(CK)、仅施加生物炭组(C)、仅施加芽孢杆菌菌株Ya-1组(B)以及联合施加组(BC)。
