Supplementary Material 18: Table S9 RIP signature analysis. Genome-wide RIP signature detection using TheRIPper [43]. RIP-like signatures were searched by estimating the RIP composite index in TE families consensus sequences for each Pucciniomycotina genome described in Feurtey et al. (2023) [59].
