Data from focus group discussions on Preferences of people with rheumatoid arthritis regarding technology for long-term symptom monitoring

Data are audio recordings and notes from 4 focus group discussions with a total of 20 people with rheumatoid arthritis, and one focus group discussion with 14 rheumatology healthcare professionals. Topics discussed include 1. Reasons for utilization of technology and expected benefits, 2. Motivators and barriers to the adoption of technologies, 3. Level of effort patients were willing to invest in using these technologies, 4. Data collection, sharing interpretation and privacy concerns. Participants did not consent to share data beyond the project.

本数据集包含4场焦点小组讨论（focus group discussions）的录音素材与会议纪要：其中4场针对类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis）患者，共计20人；另有1场针对风湿病学医护人员（rheumatology healthcare professionals），共计14人。本次讨论涵盖以下4项议题：1. 技术使用的动因与预期收益；2. 技术采纳的激励因素与阻碍因素；3. 患者愿意为使用此类技术投入的精力程度；4. 数据收集、数据共享与解读以及隐私顾虑。参与者未同意将数据共享至本项目以外的范围。
