Results of the cLDLAs

Shows the results of all cLDLAs for all sheep autosoms performed for the study "Fine-mapping and identification of candidate causal genes for tail length in the Merinolandschaf breed". Shown are the positions and the corresponding values for model 3, 4 (just chromosome 11) and 5. Out of these data the differend manhattan-plots were performed in the paper.

本数据集展示了为开展“美利奴兰夏羊（Merinolandschaf）品种尾长候选因果基因的精细定位与鉴定”研究而完成的全部绵羊常染色体cLDLAs分析结果。本次呈现的是模型3、模型4（仅覆盖11号染色体）以及模型5的位点坐标及其对应数值。研究论文即基于本数据集绘制了多幅曼哈顿图（Manhattan plots）。
