The ecological environment of loess slope is fragile. Studying the community composition and functional characteristics of soil microorganisms on loess slope is helpful to further clarify the ecological function of soil and provide a basis for selecting suitable soil microorganisms for soil improvement and restoration of loess slope. In this study, soil samples were treated with different sound time, decibel and temperature, followed by soil metagenome sequencing, and the effects of sound and temperature on the diversity and function of bacterial and fungal communities on loess slopes were analyzed.

黄土坡的生态环境十分脆弱。开展黄土坡土壤微生物群落组成与功能特性研究,有助于进一步明晰土壤的生态功能,可为筛选适用于黄土坡土壤改良与修复的适宜土壤微生物提供理论依据。本研究对土壤样品进行不同声波时长、分贝(decibel)与温度处理,随后开展土壤宏基因组(soil metagenome)测序,分析了声波与温度对黄土坡土壤细菌、真菌群落多样性及功能的影响。
