Halogen bond has been studied and applied in many fields, the use of halogen bond in the field of organocatalysis has only been reported in recent years. This study aims to extend the halogen bond catalysis with novel halogen bond donors and apply them as catalysts into many new contexts, including Friedel-Crafts reaction, Povarov reaction, and Aziridine ring-opening reaction. Many natural compounds such as arsindoline A, trisindoline, arundine, and vibrinddole A with interesting bioactivities were synthesized in high yields using the designed halogen bond donor catalysts. This dataset consists of detailed experimental procedures, mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
卤键(Halogen bond)已在诸多领域得到研究与应用,但其在有机催化领域的应用仅在近年才见诸报道。本研究旨在开发新型卤键供体以拓展卤键催化体系,并将其作为催化剂应用于诸多全新反应场景,包括傅-克(Friedel-Crafts)反应、波瓦罗夫(Povarov)反应以及氮丙啶环开环反应。借助所设计的卤键供体催化剂,可实现arsindoline A、trisindoline、arundine及vibrinddole A等多款具有引人关注生物活性的天然化合物的高收率合成。本数据集包含详细的实验操作规程、质谱(mass spectrometry)与核磁共振波谱(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy)相关数据。
