Complete FASTA files for each lineage and script for subsampling files

This ZIP file contains the 23 FASTA files used for each of the marine turtle lineages included in this study. These files include each sequence at its observed frequency based on the previous studies. An R script is also included that can be used to subsample these FASTA files to 200 sequences as done in the publication.

本压缩包包含本研究涵盖的所有海龟谱系对应的23个FASTA格式文件。文件中收录了基于既往研究得到的各序列实际观测频率。本压缩包同时附带一份R脚本，可按照本研究已发表论文中的操作流程，将这些FASTA格式文件抽样子集至200条序列。
