XPlanung dataset BPL “Äckerle Interior Regulations (original)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Äckerle Interior Regulations (original)” of the municipality Kleines Wiesental from XPlanung 5.0. Description: OT Wieslet, inclusion of Flst. No. 637 Part, 638, 638/1 to the General Residential Area.开发规划（BPL）包含对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的各项规制内容。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的克莱内·维森塔尔（Kleines Wiesental）市镇的「埃克尔勒内部条例（原始版）」开发规划。说明：涵盖维瑟莱特（Wieslet）分区内的637号地块部分区域、638号地块及638/1号地块，将上述地块划入通用居住片区。
