Data for tracking year-to-year changes in intestinal nematode communities of rufous mouse lemurs (Microcebus rufus)

The dataset for mentioned publication. The data file contains:

- sample: identification numbers

- date: trapping date in year-month-day format

- year: trapping year

- name & chip number: individual identifications for each animal

-sex: either F(emale) or M(ale)

- fec_weight: is the measured weight of feces used for nematode analysis

-rawcount: number of the nematodes

-nem_count: the actual proportional amount of nematode eggs or larvae (=fecal egg count)

- PS1-6: the sequence number for each putative species

- spec_count: putative species number (diversity)

-contamination: amount of contamination sequences

-SRA_id: accession numbers to Short Read Archive
