It encompasses the theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation processes for achieving light wave phase and spectrum regulation via micro-nano structures, alongside corresponding electromagnetic simulation verification data. Electromagnetic simulations of nanostructures were carried out using COMSOL Multiphysics, where the transmittance and reflectance of linearly polarized light passing through three layers of media with distinct refractive indices were obtained through simulation. Theoretical calculations of the transmittance and reflectance for the three-layer media structure were conducted using MATLAB. The total size of this dataset is 4.08 GB.
