Gene expression of MLL/AF9 leukemia cells sorted from mice treated with or without brequinar. Mus musculus

Mice bearing an MLL/AF9 leukemia were treated with vehicle or brequinar every three days for a total of four doses. Mice were euthanized for collection of the bone marrow cells. The leukemia cells were purified by FACS (fluorescence activated cell sorting) and total RNA was prepared from the purified leukemia cells. Overall design: Two samples were analyzed in singlicate by RNA-sequencing.

携带MLL/AF9型白血病的小鼠分别接受溶剂对照处理或布雷喹纳给药，每三天一次，共计给药四次。随后对小鼠实施安乐死，收集其骨髓细胞。从骨髓细胞中通过荧光激活细胞分选术（FACS, Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting）纯化白血病细胞，并从纯化后的白血病细胞中提取总RNA。实验整体设计：采用RNA测序技术对2份样本进行单份重复分析。
