Differential acetylation of SMC3 relative to BrdU as a function of ESCO2 motif PBMA deletion and depletion of ESCO1 SMC3 and SMC(ac) chromatin-immunoprecipitation and BrdU DNA-immunoprecipitation were performed from cells synchronized in G1/S by double thymidine arrest and 1-hour release in S phase.

本数据集针对ESCO2基序PBMA缺失与ESCO1敲低条件下,SMC3相对于BrdU的差异乙酰化水平展开研究。实验采用双胸腺嘧啶阻滞法将细胞同步化于G1/S期,随后在S期释放1小时,之后分别完成SMC3、乙酰化SMC3(SMC(ac))的染色质免疫沉淀实验,以及BrdU的DNA免疫沉淀实验。
