本数据集呈现了MG1655菌株（上方泳道）与MG1655relA::HTF菌株（下方泳道）在异亮氨酸饥饿胁迫下的(p)ppGpp诱导反应薄层色谱图 (Thin-layer chromatograms)。实验于时间零点向培养体系中加入终浓度为500μg/mL的L-缬氨酸，并分别在0、1、2、3、5、10、20、30及45分钟时取样提取样品。
