Rutilus rutilus (roach minnow), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Rutilus rutilus, common name roach minnow, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了为欧鳊（Rutilus rutilus，俗称roach minnow）生成的基因组与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树计划（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，以助力该计划的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
