This dataset hosts soil moisture measurements collected from the Tianlaochi Small Watershed in the Qilian Mountains. Soil moisture TDR probes were deployed across the entire watershed during the experiment spanning July 19 to August 23, 2013, with all probe locations being representative of the entire Tianlaochi Watershed. Sampling was conducted on four slope types across distinct elevation gradients: Picea crassifolia forest slope, shrub slope, Juniperus przewalskii forest slope, and dry grassland.
