Species list, life zones, and vegetation types for Caatinga

A list of floristic studies in Caatinga was compiled to test the hypothesis that edaphic differentiation (crystalline vs sedimentary terrains) affects the distribution of Holdridge life zones, vegetation types, and beta diversity. The first spreadsheet has the species list by sampling area and terrain, the second has the life zones for 1,208 municipalities, the third has the vegetation type, and the fourth has the presence/absence of species to create a table of area pairs in the GDM format.
