The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs). Overall design: The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs) 24 and 48 hours after start of the stretching. There are 3 biological replicates at each timepoint.
本研究在新生大鼠心室肌细胞(neonatal rat ventricular myocytes, NRVMs)中探究了周期性机械拉伸对心脏微小RNA(microRNA)表达的影响。
实验整体设计:于拉伸启动后的24小时与48小时两个时间点,分析周期性机械拉伸对新生大鼠心室肌细胞心脏微小RNA表达的影响,每个时间点设置3个生物学重复。
