This submission contains the raw rheometer files from time sweep and creep test measurements for 4 different concentration of Xanthan gum (concentration = 0.3wt %, 0.4wt %, 0.5wt % &0.6wt %). The Xanthan gum samples were measured at four different gas flow rates (0.5 LPM, 1.0 LPM, 1.5 LPM & 2.0 LPM). The dynamic time sweep measurements were generated from the Xanthan gum sample first without gas at 0.15% strain across 1500 seconds. Then the sample was conditioned and the gas was injected for 20 minutes before the measurement at similar conditions. Similarly, the dynamic creep test measurements were generated from the xanthan gum sample first without gas at 3 pa stress across 1500 seconds. <br> The measurements were carried out on a DHR-3 rheometer (TA-Instruments), equipped with custom made cup.
本次提交的数据集包含4种不同浓度黄原胶(Xanthan gum,浓度分别为0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%及0.6wt%)的时间扫描测试(time sweep)与蠕变测试(creep test)原始流变仪(rheometer)文件。针对每类黄原胶样品,均设置0.5 LPM、1.0 LPM、1.5 LPM及2.0 LPM共4种不同气体流速开展测试。
动态时间扫描测试流程为:首先在无气体通入、应变为0.15%的条件下,对样品进行1500秒的测试;随后对样品进行预处理,通入气体并静置20分钟,再在相同测试条件下重复测试。动态蠕变测试流程与之类似:首先在无气体通入、应力为3 Pa的条件下,对样品开展1500秒的测试。所有测试均在搭载定制样品杯的TA仪器公司DHR-3型流变仪上完成。
