We analyzed the bacterial community and diversity in the rhizosphere of Corydalis yanhusuo grown under different field conditions. Since the plant growth and tuber yield of C. yanhusuo plants in different fileds changed a lot, we wanted to explore whether different rhizosphere bacterial community in different fields could lead to the changed plant performances.

本研究针对不同田间种植条件下生长的延胡索（Corydalis yanhusuo）根际细菌群落结构与多样性展开分析。鉴于不同田块种植的延胡索植株其生长状况与块茎产量存在显著差异，本研究旨在探究不同田块间根际细菌群落的差异是否会导致植株生长表现发生改变。
