资源简介:
Facets of Anthropocene change in tropical forests. This is the data underlying Figure 1 in Y. Malhi et al. (2014) Tropical forests in the Anthropocene. Annual Reviews in Environment and Resources. Volume 39. doi: 10.1146/annurev-environ-030713-155141.
We include QGIS (v. 2.2.0-Valmiera) project files (.qgs), which allow for a quick re-assembly of the panels built for the figure. Finally, we provide a high-resolution pdf version of the figure (before final post-processing by the Journal). Below is description of data layers: --------------------
DIRECTORY "common" continent - World Continents vector layer published by ESRI (2002/04/01) world_nations2 - vector boundaries published by Clark Labs ("IDRISI Macon Data") --------------------
DIRECTORY "panel1" CR_MODIS_TF2 - raster representing generalised land cover information derived from the MODIS MCD12C1 product glbiome_5min_on_GLC2000_crop30d_HTFDEC raster representing the distribution of evergreen and seasonal forests around 1700, as represented in Ramankuttya and Foley 1999 hansen_mosaic_losswholecon23_a10 - raster representing the most intense clearance over the
period 2000-2012 (>=10% per 10 km2), derived by aggregating data from Hansen et al 2013 world_ifl_on_GLC2000_crop30d - rasterised Intact Forest Landscapes dataset (see www.intactforests.org and Potapov et al 2008) --------------------
DIRECTORY "panel2" firepop - raster layer assembling together information from two data sources (i) Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN), Columbia University; and Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT). 2005. 热带森林的人类世(Anthropocene)变化维度 本数据集为Y. Malhi等人2014年发表于《环境与资源年度评论(Annual Reviews in Environment and Resources)》第39卷的论文《热带森林的人类世》中图1的支撑数据,DOI为10.1146/annurev-environ-030713-155141。
本数据集包含QGIS(v. 2.2.0-Valmiera)项目文件(.qgs),可快速复现该论文图的各分面板。此外还提供了未经期刊最终后期处理的高清PDF版本原图。
