近实时国防气象卫星计划（Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, DMSP）搭载专用传感器微波成像仪（Special Sensor Microwave/Imager, SSM/I）与专用传感器微波成像仪/探空仪（Special Sensor Microwave Imager/Sounder, SSMIS）的每日极区网格化亮温产品，可为南北半球提供近实时极方位立体投影（polar stereographic）网格化每日亮温数据。
