Data associated with the upcoming publication, "Genome Resource Announcement for two species of Thecaphora in North America, relatives of the peanut smut fungus." For two Thecaphora spp. , this repository includes: A myloasm generated meta-assembly, which includes both contigs from the organism of interest before filtering with Kraken2, as well as from cobionts, later classified with the nf-core mag pipeline Functional annotations and genomes for the two Thecaphora spp. Pending review, annotations will be uploaded to NCBI. Metagenome assembled genomes for both samples. See manuscript for citation, author, and funding information. Upon acceptance, all data will be available on NCBI.
