This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9502 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Kirk McIntosh). These data files are of MBSystem Compatible format and include Swath Bathymetry data that have not been processed. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Investigation of Upper Plate Response to Subducting Plate Morphology and Seamounts as Subduction Zone Asperities: Cooperative German, Costa Rican, and United States Project, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-02091.
