We identified several hub genes and key pathways associated with GC and IM initiation and progression by analyzing the DEGs, which provided a detailed molecular mechanism underlying GC and IM occurrence and progression. RNA profiles of 30 gastric tissue samples from patients with non-atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and gastric cancer were generated by high throughput sequencing.

本研究通过分析差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs),筛选出与胃癌(Gastric Cancer, GC)及肠上皮化生(Intestinal Metaplasia, IM)起始与进展相关的核心枢纽基因与关键通路,为揭示GC与IM发生及进展的潜在分子机制提供了详实依据。本研究通过高通量测序技术,获取了30份分别来自非萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生及胃癌患者的胃组织样本的RNA表达谱数据。
